'Tis the season for tweets. I mean, from where I'm sitting it's always the season for tweets, but they hit especially hard this season. There's nothing quite like gathering around the hearth with your family to discuss the latest news item and being able to pull out the perfect tweet for the occasion, making everyone laugh and impressing everyone. I'm sure it would be even more impressive if you could bust out a smart, witty piece of commentary of your own making, but we can't expect too much of ourselves all the time. We can crowdsource our senses of humor every now and again, it's no crime. What is a crime is not enjoying to laugh. Everyone is so serious all the time.

The world is bleak enough as it is, the least we can do is laugh at what we can laugh at. Life doesn't seem so bad when you're yucking it up with your pals. Let these tweets inspire you.
